The open design allows clients to remain comfortably seated in a slightly reclined position (approximately 45 degrees) during the session. This system uses a gentle, gravity-fed flow of warm, filtered water to support the body’s natural elimination process.

Your session begins with you comfortably reclined in a private treatment room. A small, sterile, single-use disposable nozzle is gently inserted approximately 1 to 1½ inches into the rectum.

A controlled flow of warm, filtered water (approximately body temperature) is introduced into the colon using gravity pressure — not force. As water enters, it may stimulate natural peristaltic movement (the colon’s natural muscle contractions), encouraging the release of water and waste.

This fill-and-release cycle continues comfortably over approximately 30–45 minutes, supporting hydration of the colon and natural elimination.

The open system allows for discretion and ease, as the elimination process occurs privately within the unit.

Yes. Colonics4You operates by appointment only in a calm, private environment designed to provide comfort, discretion, and personalized care.

• Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to review your consent forms and medical information. 

• Drink at least 32–48 ounces of fluids containing electrolytes (such as coconut water or electrolyte beverages) within 24 hours prior to your session.

 • Eat a light meal the day of your appointment, depending on your scheduled time. PLEASE DO NOT FASTING. a gentle meal stimulate your colon and balance your sugar levels just refrain to eat 2 hours before the therapy.

 • Drink plenty of water in the 24 hours before your therapy. 

• Avoid alcohol, coffee, and sodas prior to your session.

 •  If you are menstruating and typically experience heavy bleeding or severe cramps, we recommend waiting until your cycle has ended. If your cycle is light and painless, you may proceed with your session if comfortable.

• Drink plenty of fluids (filtered water, herbal tea, vegetable juices, or coconut water).

 • Support intestinal flora with probiotic foods such as kefir, kombucha, fermented vegetables, or supplements.

 • Avoid alcohol for 48 hours. 

• Avoid intense exercise immediately after your session. Rest and allow your body to recover.

Colon hydrotherapy is regulated in the State of Florida. We operate in compliance with Florida laws and regulations governing this practice. We do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. The safety of our clients is our top priority.

 • Colon or rectal cancer

 • Rectal fissures or fistulas 

• Pregnancy

 • Abdominal hernia 

• Recent abdominal or colorectal surgery

 • Renal insufficiency

 • Dialysis

 • Diverticulitis (active)

 • Crohn’s disease 

• Ulcerative colitis

 • Epilepsy or seizure disorders 

• Active hepatitis 

• Any condition requiring anticoagulant therapy

We value your time and strive to provide the highest level of service. Appointments are by reservation only. We require 24-hour notice for cancellations. Failure to provide at least 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service. By signing our consent form or providing a credit card to hold your appointment, you authorize Colonics4You to charge the applicable fee if cancellation guidelines are not met. Appointments are scheduled on the hour. If you arrive more than 5–10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your session, more than 20 min late will be incurred  a cancelation fee and we didn't provided the service
